I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
***International shipments without updated tracking information will be given 30 days from ship date to return. After this amount of time, refunds can not be issued. International returns must purchase shipping with tracking information to prove it has been shipped, which in some cases can be expensive so please be aware of this before purchasing from us.

***Refunds can only be issued if the order has been received. Unless the piece arrived damages, the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Buyers are also responsible for contacting us prior to returning any items. If requested, you must provide a photo of the item/s being returned before shipping to prove they are free of damage, packing the item/s in the same manner they were sent (contact for specific instructions) and must send the tracking number to us immediately after it is shipped. Only after the item/s are returned damage free, will the refund will be issued.
