Shipping policy

IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE ORDERING TOMAKE SURE WE CAN GET IT TO YOU IN TIME.

**Delivery itself takes approximately 3-5 business days for priority in the US, 5-7 days for first class, and for international orders we've seen it range from 10-40 days but it could be longer depending on the circumstances. If you are in need of faster shipping, it is your responsibility to notify us before you have placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

***USPS first class shipping is used for all shipments unless otherwise discussed. It is your responsibility to contact us if faster shipping, signature confirmation, insurance or any upgrades are needed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

***If you have already placed your order and you have sent a "note" with your order regarding faster shipping or change of address, you must contact us via message to ensure we have received it.

***If orders are returned to us because we were not given a proper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for any reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee, unless you would prefer to have your order refunded. If you have given us an improper address and would like the address updated, this may not be possible without having the order canceled and repurchased with the correct shipping address.
