Rainbow Obsidian Palm Stone

At first glance, Rainbow Obsidian can seem surprisingly ordinary. In low light, these polished palm stones often appear deep black, hiding their true colors beneath the surface.

But bring them into bright direct light, and a hidden world begins to emerge.

Depending on the stone, flashes of emerald green, violet, blue, gold, or multiple colors appear as luminous bands within the obsidian. These colors are created by microscopic mineral layers formed during the volcanic glass's cooling process, producing a natural iridescent effect that shifts with the angle of the light.
